What is stored, what is counted, and what is never collected.
Bencho needs an account only so that what you keep is still there tomorrow, and collects nothing beyond what that requires. Browsing signed out stores nothing about you.
With an account: your email address; your password, stored only as a hash by Supabase; a name if you give one; the blocks you keep, your bench layout and what you looked at recently; anything you send through Request a block. With Pro: your plan as the payment provider reports it, and a count of what you take, kept for the refund policy. Payment details are never seen here. Signing in with Google shares your name, email and profile picture.
Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and keeps no record tied to you. There is no advertising pixel, no tag manager and no third-party tracker. Data is held by Supabase, on servers in Singapore, and every row is readable only by its owner.
